one of my favorite vegan restos in Toronto. You gotta live it up sometimes and eat out, but only at the best and tastiest- why spend your money on shit which will ruin your health? Some of my favorites are in this: rice, sweet potatoes, avocadoes and of course- kimchi (natural probiotic which improves your gut flora (microbiome, microbiota) by promoting good bacteria in your large intestine). You see, we used to think that the colon (large intestine) didn’t do anything for our health. Now, we realize that a healthy colon has profound healing and health benefits. Eat kimchi, drink kombucha, fermented beets, carrots, tempeh.. Eat all the fermented foods that you can. And once in awhile, treat yourself to a tremendous, delicious meal at a resto.
