It's been awhile since I've slept in my own bed. Living a healthy lifestyle on the road is tricky but I'm lucky this trip is active. If I'm not able to use my #classpass , most of our adventures involve hiking or lots of walking. We were even able to do some SUP in California. Oh, and we packed a jump rope with us to do a little HIIT here and there.
We've also done a ton of cooking vs. eating out. Making soups, salads and veggie scrambles have been my go-to and thank goodness for Whole Foods hot bar. What's your fave way to stay active on vacation?
