I've been asked how do I stay fit and eat clean while smoking weed? How do you fight the munchies? 🍟🍕🍔🌭🍪🍩🍫🌮🌯🍗 Well for one it takes discipline, a significant amount of it. It's all about the choices you make.
1. I don't smoke before working out. Let's be real I'm not going to work out if I do. I will succumb to every lazy excuse in my brain. Gotta keep it real with myself.
2. I've learned to find healthy snacks🍏🍌🥑🥗🥕🌽🍓🍇🍊🍳🍍 to eat when I do get the munchies. Or I will eat before I smoke so that the hunger feeling is very minimal or non existent if the weed leads me wanting to snack.
3. I don't let smoking hinder me from achieving my goals. I smoke because it's enjoyable. It helps me unwind from the day. It keeps my level headed. It's a fun past time when I'm kicking it with friends (much rather smoke than drink all night). Plus it helps with minor ailments like pain, anxiety, sleep deprivation.
But for real tho I'm not promoting smoking weed or doing any kind of drugs while on your fitness journey. I'm just being open and honest with y'all about my life and what I do. I'm not perfect. We all have our vices or bad habits. This is just one of mine that I choose to indulge in; yet I don't let it consume me. It's about choices. How you make them, and how you choose to live by them.
