Fun fact: I did not pre-plan my entire day of meals today. 🍴 Last night, I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat today and I just didn't want to decide. My post-workout recovery smoothie was already packed/planned but that was it. I was tired. And sick of trying to reinvent the food creativity wheel. ✋🏼 So I said "F it. I'll do it tomorrow after my smoothie." 🍓🍌 And then I decided on French toast but nothing else. And then I decided on this salad with the minimal food that I had in my fridge and nothing else. So now I still can't decide what I want to eat for dinner since AP doesn't want sushi (😱 the horror!) but I'm 200% okay with that because most people do not plan their nutrition 24 hours in advance. 🙄 I'm just flying by the seat of my pants today. 👖 Eating how I want but being conscious of my numbers. 🔢 And while that would stress me TF out six months ago, today I feel fine because I've been doing this long enough that I can balance my day without being glued to MyFitnessPal and fixating on that last gram of protein.
Hallelujah. Praise Jesus. KP has found her sweet spot with macros. 🙌🏼🙏🏼 Four months ahead of schedule (anticipated graduation date was Dec 2017 😏).
