Here's a burn out method I played with tonight, hits all muscle fibres and gets a crazy pump. 1-10 start heavy for 1 rep, drop weight 2 reps.... all the way through to 10 reps, minimal rest, then as a reward so it again in reverse 10-1. I hit triceps biceps shoulders and lats with this method tonight.
