#motivationmonday As my weight is really starting to drop, I'm seeing the size difference in my back. It's thicker and more defined at 205lbs than it was at the same weight during prep for my first competition. I've also really been trying to grow my arms and I can for sure see a nice change in the long head of my tricep. Sitting at around 12-13% BF.

I was so excited to be starting my new gym program last night (in my little garage set up) and of course it was the night that his canine teeth aren't cooperating. It's all well and good to do the whole #noexcuses but once these guys are earthside they will always be #number1 . I ended up getting my workout done by 10:30pm and then caught up on #GOT I am determined to be a #strongwoman again. On the plus side, I managed to do an 80kg squat and a 55kg Bench, so I'll take that as a win! **please note - my program is not in any way a post natal friendly program. I am now 19months post partum and we'll and truly healed.

It was arm day, but since my wrist is pretty messed up I couldn't get as good of a workout as I wanted to. On the upside I still got my workout in, and I'm not going to let a little wrist injury stop me. #noexcuses

Even a gym rat has an off day! 🤦🏾‍♀️🙋🏽 these past two work days have kicked my butt. It feels like the beginning of the school year for me. Our class calendar started this past week and I'm dog tired!! I got home late, prepared dinner late, ate pasta (😫) and missed my kickboxing class! But you know what? I can't beat myself up!
