Holding forth the Word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. Philippians 2:16
People around us should see that the Gospel we share takes us through hard times. They are watching us and our responses to hard times. What do they see? What do they hear? Is it fear or panic? Is it 'Why me?' or 'What if?' God is also looking at us to see how we react to our affliction. How long do we go on sulking, pouting, how long do we question the faithfulness of God? The issue is: How do we react! Is your life preaching Christ? Our reaction must be preaching Christ because otherwise, all that we say, all that we preach, all our testimonies, our teaching, it's in vain, because we are not validating it by our reactions to our suffering!
If we let our affliction be a message of Christ's faithfulness, if we rejoice because we know God cares, because He keeps His word, because we know all things work together for our good, according to His purpose - then our lives will preach Christ.
We all go through the refining fire - God wants to accomplish something in us - God is creating an army, a people that have been through the fire and will not melt, no matter how hard it gets! We are to become unshakeable and unmoved, depending on Christ fully, abiding in Him constantly, praying, believing and shining until the end! The last half an hour is the hardest. Our attitudes and reactions are the key to sharing Christ. May we be able to say: I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the Faith. (2 Tim 4:7) 🙌🔥📖💛💡🕊🙏💓
Keep shining brightly 💖! Much love and blessings to all 🙏💝💞
