The oils in my bag can change daily depending on where I'm going, whether I have my kids with me or I'm alone. Here are some of the staples I don't leave home without. •hand spray- 1oz spray bottle with distilled water at 6 drops OnGuard. •PastTense- I get head tension often so this is one of the ones that saves me. •Peppermint- as soon as I feel a headache coming on I grab the peppermint and breathe they my nose. Peppermint and PastTense are also amazing in the summer when it's hot out! •Lemon- I add it to my water for a gentle detox and great tasting water •Balance- to keep me grounded and ward off anxious feelings •Peace-if anxious feelings swoop in I add Peace to my chest and wrists. SO, today I learned that I REALLY don't fancy garlic in my juices. 🤢Two of the four juices were made up of garlic, lemon, tomato, carrot, cucumber & spinach. Unfortunately, the garlic gave it quite a bit of heat and I couldn't stomach the taste. Instead, I made up for the lack of juice with wholesome foods like strawberries, apple, carrots & tomatoes. Day 2 also included two more incredible meals. The first image was my dinner: a big bowl of zucchini, onions, tomatoes, pepper, garlic, quinoa in a tomato sauce.
