Mini cucumber, cherry tomatoes, few cashews & vanilla fresh! . Snack... cherry tomatoes & cashews . Dinner... Vanilla fresh. Sautéed kale, pinenuts, lemon, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Simple yet delish! . Feeling great! Today was much easier than yesterday. No headache at all! . #empoweredmom

The gradual progression of trying to take a picture with a toddler. . Doesn't care. Stop looking at me, Mom. Smiling with a mouth full of food. Give me the phone!! . This silly boy keeps me on my toes. Tonight he cooperated long enough for me to squeeze in my workout. . 25 minutes was all I need. He laughed & danced around me, while I quickly got my butt whooped. My new trainer means business but I love it. . My challengers were checking in today & sharing why we wanted to make a commitment, & start & finish this program together. . One of the most rewarding parts about coaching is getting to help people on their health & fitness journeys. On the flip side, one of the hardest parts is getting them to want this for themselves. . I don't jump out of bed every day pumped to workout & eat healthy. It's a daily struggle, BUT I decide that I wanted this more than I wanted to be unhappy & unhealthy. I want to be my best & that best is when I'm taking care of myself, & yes that means working out & finding a good balance of eating healthy. This is a LIFESTYLE.💗

Day 2 was mostly upper arms, with some legs and butt mixed it. To my I surprise, I was able to use 8 lb weights the entire time! Not too shabby since I haven't picked up a weight in months! 👊 About 1/2 way thru my workout, already feeling the burn, 🙈 I couldn't help but SMILE because I was still pushing HARD!
