Did you know that matcha tea has an adaptogenic quality? This means that it will help you calm down if you are frazzled, but it will energize you if you are feeling sluggish! 🙋🏻Me right know. To make it in it’s simple form just add 1 to 2 tsp of powdered matcha to a cup of hot water. You can use a wisk or a blender to help dissolve it. Drink it warm, or you can add some ice cubes and drink it cold. Since Matcha tea is a suspension, if you let it sit for too long the powder will settle at the bottom. Make sure to stir it a little if this happens. You don’t want to leave all the good stuff at the bottom of the cup! ---------------------------- I’m enjoying a tall glass of iced cold matcha ask we speak! Needed that energy to finish the day. Dishes will be the bane of my existance🙄 but grateful for the mid-afternoon, pre-dinner-"I'm starving" snack. Filled with super foods, vitamins and deliciousness. And only takes one mason jar to clean. Little man is always trying to steal it, and I got him caught in the act. As much as I love sharing--I'm uber grateful for a new nutritional shake (or smoothie if you are team blend...) thats we are getting soon--just for him. Ya know all the fancy health words--vegan, gmo free, gluten free & certified organic--and it tastes like chocolate:) perfect for little tummies & big appetites.
