Quick & Easy Smoothie Recipe:~ 🦋 🔹1 cup blueberries 🔹1 cup spinach 🔹1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice) 🔹1-2 cups water (I like to fill my blender cup all the way up, if you like your smoothie super cold you can also add ice here) 🔹1tbs chia seeds or ground flax seed 🔹1 serving vanilla or chocolate plant based protein shake powder of your choice (believe it or not, the chocolate in this combo is awesome) 🔹Place all ingredients together in your blender cup and blend away. Nothing gives me more joy then waking up this morning and seeing so many people commit to making a shift in their health by getting up and pushing play. * I started mine 6 days ago and I feel amazing.. 25 minutes of cardio and strength workouts that are meant to ramp up your fitness no matter what level and an easy to follow meal plan that takes the guess work out for you. * 6 days into this at home workout has given me so much more then just being 4.5 pounds lighter! Ce midi c'est paella que j'ai prise sur le marché après avoir remballé. J'avoue que quand je termine vers 13h30/14h j'ai un peu la flemme de me faire à manger donc en général soit je pars direction chez papa et maman, soit je prend à emporter soit je grignote 🙈.
