Summer salads 🙌🏼 the BEST😍 this one has cranberry balsamic chicken, spinach🌱, strawberries🍓, peaches🍑, beets, jicama, almond slivers and @manitobaharvest hemp seeds with @modsquadmartha dressing 👌🏼 meal prepping/time saving tip: when you buy meat (chicken, pork, etc) prep it all at once. We buy a big bag of chicken at Costco, clean it all, pound it so it gets tender, and then use what we need to or freeze the rest of it. When it's summer and I know we're going to be grilling, I'll pre-marinade chicken before I freeze it. Then I just take it out the night before and let it defrost so we can cook it for dinner 🙌🏼

Healthy eating can be so simple and delicious. 👌🏼 Try this easy beef and broccoli stirfry recipe. You take sliced/cubed lean beef and add it to a pan or electric skillet with minced garlic and some brags liquid amios. Then once it starts to brown add in chopped broccoli and water chestnuts, add some more spices like garlic powder/onion powder. Keep covered and it cooks up in about 20 minutes start to finish. Served over brown rice. 🍽 💪🏼Simple, healthy, yummy!
