Despite throwing my back out today, I've been super motivated about going to the gym and actually being serious about the gaining muscle. I have been showing up at the gym and depending on whether it's leg day or upper body I just do whatever the hell I want. I'm going to now have a game plan before I enter the gym. I always make the mistake of not taking before photos so I'm going to count this as something.
Hopefully this keeps me accountable.
