Clips from my leg workout today. Squats are something I've been working on. I'm not lifting extremely heavy with them yet. The barbell on my back tends to cause me alot of discomfort. Despite throwing my back out today, I've been super motivated about going to the gym and actually being serious about the gaining muscle. I have been showing up at the gym and depending on whether it's leg day or upper body I just do whatever the hell I want. I'm going to now have a game plan before I enter the gym. I always make the mistake of not taking before photos so I'm going to count this as something. . My measurements: Weight: 140lbs Waist: 28in Thighs: 22.5in Hips: 36in Shoulders: 42.5in Calves: 14in Bust: 34in . Hopefully this keeps me accountable.
