Hey guys 🤗 Best way to stay on track with your food is to allow some time to do some meaI prep. I buy a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables on Sunday, simply wash them and put them into tupperwares so they are ready to eat or cook. When your fridge is packed with healthy food, chances that you cheat becomes less because you won't want to waste what you bought 💚

With having 7 abdominal surgeries, along with radiation treatments to my pelvic area I too told him what I'm looking for. He assessed me and the main thing we are working on is core strength. Also the lack of muscles in my neck,upper back and hips and booty!! My first workout was yesterday morning... I thought I was going to be sore all over! To my surprise I'm a little achy, but only in the areas of my lower abdominals, upper shoulder area and my right side hip and upper arms. My workout was based on my resistance only. Get two seperate handles and set the pully a bit lower. Grab them underhand and when pulling downward try to pull outward at the same time. One of my favorite tricep movements few know. Happy #FlexFriday y'all! Just wanted to update that I'll be switching over to "Maintenance Diet" and will be off Keto and "Cutting" for a month or so until I feel that I'm ready to jump back on "Cutting" again. My coach and I feel like it's definitely a good idea to take a break.We done it last year for 2-3 months and it was a huge success.Gotta listen to my body and give it a "reset mode".I'll still be eating clean/meal prepping and gymin on a daily still and just be maintaining my current weight at 150 lbs.But I promise to come back stronger,harder and will definitely break into the 140s lbs after my "break".Until then stay grinding and don't ever give up on your dreams!
