You'll never look the same after having a baby.....😏 watch me.
Pregnancy journeys are all different for everyone, I definitely got lucky and was able to workout my whole pregnancy. I was never once worried about the weight I gained or if I'd be able to lose it.
I knew I would be, I'm also glad I had already found self love with my body at any stage, I had over come my binge eating and cardio bunny stage.
I've done absolutely ZERO dieting since having Lucas, now that doesn't mean I eat sh*t, I eat healthy majority of the time, but I'm not tracking macros, I don't have low carb or high carb days, I don't avoid certain foods, and I don't fast or restrict.
Do I work hard in the gym? YES! Hello I did have a baby I'm gonna have to work to lose it 😋. But I'm never there longer than 45min and according to my Polar I burn between 350-500 calories a workout so nothing insane.
I'm honestly so proud of myself, it would have been so easy to fall back into my old routine of restricting and doing tons of cardio, but I've enjoyed Froyo🍦, burgers🍔, cake🍰, pizza🍕, donuts🍩, all the good stuff!! I refuse to miss out on life and having those things hasn't hurt my progress at all.
