Morning workouts give me life! I love going to gym in the morning, it sets a positive tone for the rest of my day. Breaking a sweat first thing in the morning is oh soooo refreshing, clears the mind and gives your face that magic glow the whole day.
I personally prefer mornings then it's done for the day and I don't have to worry about dragging my tired body to gym later on. Besides the obvious health benefits, those endorphins from my morning workouts keep me smiling and upbeat all day long.
So go ahead > set your alarm and hit the gym at 5am tomorrow morn!
