Soo just want to talk about one thing: Sometimes taking a break is the most productive thing you can do. Learning for the exam, going to the gym and being on a cut are 3 big things that really keep my stress level high. And sometimes I'm so ambitious and push myself so hard that I get ill or sad or super tired. And that's soo not good! Yesterday I went to the gym and I was pretty hungry. And I wanted to get all the things done and stick to the program. And I did. And when I came home I wasn't able to do anything. I was done. Soo next time I'm gonna eat a little more before training. Or rest a little longer between sets. Or take more restdays in general. It's unrealistic to think that you can do everything perfectly when there are so many stressfull things to do! Finding the right balance is one of the hardest things for me.
