The stereotype that a fitness club lacks the feeling and camaraderie of a yoga studio is so wrong. My yogis in Equinox Aventura always make my day. They are cheerful, happy, always socializing. Loving to each other. Respectful, taking care of each other. There is a strong sense of community. Actually, I rarely see that in yoga studios these days. I think it's important to remember that yoga, even the yoga that happens in gyms or small fitness places that are not 100% yoga-dedicated, can still be transformational and loving. #warriorflow #warriorflowmiami #warriorflownyc #committosomething #equinox

🔥I call these "Archer Pulldowns". Feels like you're about to fire arrows into the air so makes sense. These are a great unilateral alternative to regular lat pulldowns, which are great for symmetry, aesthetics, and function. One lat gets a good stretch while the other is pumping up. Try these out! . You know when you make that smoothie bowl that is pure perfection even without the toppings? This bowl right here is 💯 I winged it in measurements but you definitely have to do it: Blend frozen sliced zucchini, riced cauliflower, cubed butternut squash & 1 whole banana. Add 1/4 mango (not frozen), scoop of @vitalproteins collegan, scoop @nkdnutritioninc protein, about 1/2 cup @rebbl turmeric lemon tart.
