Food prep done! This honestly only took me about 30 minutes to prep and I cooked the salmon and chicken while I was picking up the house. (Yes, I like my chicken and salmon crispy 😂!) Eggs, cheese, and spinach for breakfast, have my shake and banana ready, a salad for lunch, peanut butter and celery for snacks, and salmon is ready to go for dinner. Going to take my measurements and pictures tonight and I'll be ready to start tomorrow!
