Let's talk form! I'm always trying to make sure I have the correct form during workouts, but to be honest it's really hard to tell without a mirror (that's why you have your 4 year old take 📷). I learned a lot of the correct form for exercising during yoga and I think it has really helped. •. During donkey kicks you want to make sure your hips are square to the front of the room (or garage), your core is engaged, back is flat, hands are under your shoulders, shoulders are down/back and away from your ears and your neck is long. That's a ton to remember, am I right?! However, I promise it will get better with time! The important part is that you simply try (and yes, my arms are a hot mess and need work 💪🏼, but I'm getting there 😉). •. Let's do this y'all!
