Here it is! My dinner! I'm so hungry and ready to eat ... 🤗 The only tough part about the keto diet so far is cutting bananas out... they are on the list of my staple foods. I'm back at it today people!! First LISS and RESISTANCE in the bag for Week 1! I took last week off because my knee was bothering me. During that time I did not feel nearly as good as when I'm working out...more bloated, sluggish and I could feel that I wasn't working off the not so great food I was eating. This week I'm getting back into it and it feels great! Continuing with BBG and training for my 10K!! Update on ankle: It's nothing serious but it does start hurting after some time. The ankle brace helps a lot with providing me some support. I am currently on Week 12 of BBG (yes I made it whaaaaat) but I'm not sure if I should stop and rest my ankle or keep going. I haven't started the Week 12 exercises yet because I want to make sure I'm listening to my body/not hurting it so we'll see how this week goes! Maybe I'll spend more time on arms and abs this week 😉

Breakfast has literally been my favorite meal since childhood. Honestly, I could probably eat breakfast food for every meal if I had a choice! I remember when I was young and my family would go for vacations and I would always choose hotels with huge intercontinental breakfast buffets because I loved the variety of great food and being able to eat endless amounts of food 😃 But now I'm older and also I'm home for the summer so my mom would kill me if I decided to eat breakfast food for every meal lol

When I'm feeling poorly the only thing that makes me feel better is a large bowl of home cooked pasta. 😋Tonight I made a cream sauce with shiitake mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, peppers, pine nuts and parsley, oh and a cheeky bag of Maltesers to finish! 🙈 I'm hoping tomorrow I'm going to feel better to do the first resistance training from official week one of BBG 🤞🏻
