450 Calories + 250 Calories 🥖🥑..looks the same.. same amount of food in both, but different calories. It is the same bread and avocado... so what is different?! LETS TALK INVISIBLE CALORIES; To the eye these two meals looks identical and no one would really guess that one was +200 Cals. On the left the only difference is the toast has butter on and the avocado is mashed with a tbsp of oil.... When I am working with clients who have a goal of weight loss or gain.... first thing is education. Understanding what and where calories come from. Quite often people consume a lot of invisible calories that they aren't aware exist. By simply making a few changes they are able to make huge progress towards their goals. ⚠️⚠️The main culprits.... Drinks, oils, dressings, sauces, alcohol and calories dense foods. One of the main things I help my clients figure out is where their excess calories are coming from in their diet. So if you are frustrated with not seeing progress consider the little extras throughout the day that slowly add up. So my point is to show you the benefits of mindful eating. Being aware of what's in what. Especially when eating out there are often more calories in things than we realise. Of course once in a while this doesn't matter at all, but if eating out is a daily thing for you because of work or lifestyle it is something to bare in mind. It's not to say either are bad but it's to show how easy it is to over or under eat. From almost 500lbs To 200lbs of muscle annnnd thickness lol😘😂😄🙌 I still have one more Skin Surgery to go the picture on the left is me holding my skin the picture on the right is me letting it go but you can definitely see how lean I'm getting. I've pretty much cut out snacking on things like cakes cookies pies I've also cut out a lot of carbs not all because I still do whole wheat bread and fruit and things like that but just trying to be more stricter with my diet and then of course my fitness is just what makes me happy so you guys have definitely been seeing I still been getting that in. J'ai toujours été groSse, du coup je m'étais persuadée que c'était Comme Ca Que je devais être. Les médecins avaient conclu que c'était génétique. J'ai été hospitaliSée petite, j'ai tout essayer Tous régimes possible, les privations les psychologues. Finalement je me suis persuadée que j'étais bien avec mon gras, créer une belle carapace de rire et foutu pour foutu j'ai bouffé... beaucoup. Maintenant que je connais la vie sans gras, je sais que j'étais malheureuse. Encore une fois, ceux qui sont vien avec leur kg en trop Grand bien vous fasses moi c'était pas le cas. Ils sont peu ceux qui peuvent faire de l'accrobranche à 140kg, de la bouée, du parachute, courir 10km. J'ai loupé beaucoup de chose je m'en rends compte maintenant. Oui, on se découvre une force, je pensais pas y arriver naturellement, je pensais que l'opération serait la seule solution. Et bien Nn j'ai découvert que j'avais une force de caractère, Que je pouvais me battre pour ce que je voulais et surtout que je pouvais y arriver Pck j'en avais envi. Quand je dis 30% l'assiette et 70% dans la tête c'est pas pour rien. C'est la tête qui décide, celle qui dit non au fast food, non au fait de se reservir. J'ai fait un petit bonhomme de chemin qui continue doucement mais jnai surtout pris un mode de vie plus sain et j'ai réussi à m'y tenir. Oui c'est possible, j'en suis la preuve!
