How to choose food when you go out?
1. Think of what you want? (Pasta, pizza, seafood, chicken, anything)
2. Look at the menu for the plate section that you like
3. Look for veggies on that exact section
4. Look at the entire menu
5. Focus on what you want to eat, have advantage of eating out (you don't have to cook and you are able to eat something you can't do at home)
I usually grab healthy foods, why? Cuz that is what my mind and body like!
It is a lifestyle, not a punishment!! Enjoy :)
