Woke up this morning not wanting to workout because I was too tired, but then I saw this picture from the other day and remembered how good it felt to complete my workout. All the endorphins kicked in and I was super happy! Sometimes you have to do the things you don't want to do in order to be successful or to accomplish a goal. For me that's not skipping a day because I'm on this 100 day challenge! Day 86 is underway! So close!! What steps are you taking to accomplish your goals?
