Bugün @erkanahmetgenc hocam sayesinde🙏🏼 #bujinfightclub da çok keyifli bir antrenman yaptım , yarışma sürecinde, bu yoğunlukta oksijensiz ortam antrenmanı yapabilmem ayrıca keyiflendirdi, 60 dakika süren yoğun antrenmanın bana kaybettirdiği kalori değeri 780 kcal , ve nabız aralığım 60 dakika boyunca 145-186 Aralığında seyretti, polar saatle yaptığım için bu kadar net bilgi paylaşabiliyorum, bizlerin sadece ağırlık çalıştığını ve yemek yediğini düşünenlere, güzel bir örnek olmuştur diye düşünüyorum.
