Some new ideas on deck for you guys this week 😍 Because fueling your body right will make you feel good from the inside out ✨ Below is a breakdown of my day & a new protein pancake recipe: Breakfast - protein pancakes (To make 4-5 servings, combine 6 eggs, 1 banana, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 2 scoops protein powder & cinnamon in a blender. <Ramen From The Sea> - This ramen is perfect for camping! In one bite, you'll feel the ocean🌊 - ▪ INGREDIENTS: - Seafood Broth: 700ml Water, 2 Slice White Radish, 2 Piece Kelp, 15 Mussel, 7 Surf Clam - Base: 1 Pack Instant Ramen, 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 6 Warty Sea Squirts, 6 Piece Octopus, 1/2 Crab, 2 Shrimp, 1 handful Bean Sprout, 1/4 Scallion - ▪ DIRECTIONS: 1. Add 700ml water, 2 pieces of white radish and 2 pieces of kelp to the pot. Boil for 5 minutes. 2. After 5 minutes, pick out the kelp pieces. Add 15 mussels with 7 surf clams and boil a little longer. Pick out all white radish and clam pieces. 3. Add 1 pack of ramen seasoning, 1 Tbsp red pepper powder, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 6 warty sea squirts, 6 pieces of octopus, 1/2 of crab and 2 shrimps to the broth 4. Add 1 pack of ramen noodles when the water starts to boil. 5. When noodles start to cook, add parboiled mussels, clam and handful of bean sprouts to boil.
