Points calculated using nonstick cooking spray instead of olive oil. 🔴INGREDIENTS🔴 1 package @alfrescogourmet Organic Maple Apple Chicken Sausage, 3 zucchini washed and sliced, 2 small sweet potato peeled and sliced, 2 small russet potatoes peeled and sliced, 2tsp fresh minced garlic, 2tbsp garlic powder, 1tsp onion powder, 1/4tsp salt, 1/2tsp Tony's Original Creole seasoning, non stick cooking spray if using teflon and 2tbsp olive oil of using cast iron. 🔴DIRECTIONS🔴 Wash, slice, and peeled all that is needed. If using cast iron, add oil and heat on medium heat until oil is hot. Add in sausage and brown and then add all veggies and seasonings.
