One problem with the UAE? The terrible heat from hell. 🤒😈 It's been around 40 degrees throughout my trip there and it was totally impossible to walk around the city as I normally would. Dubai is totally not made for walking and you won't see the locals do it a lot. And every place has air-conditioning. Even the bus stops (say what?! 😱). ➡ What are your ways to handle the heat while travelling? I could definitely use some! Let me know down below. ⬇⬇⬇

This is definitely one of the most beautiful things that UAE has to offer. The mosque is know as Sheikh's Zayed Mosque and has been launched by (oh surprise!) Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan - the father of the UAE. It is the biggest mosque in the country and the most important place of prayer. ➡ What's the most beautiful religious place that you have visited so far? Let me know down below! ⬇⬇⬇

So with all this Dominican Republic hussle, I totally forgot to publish the UAE 🇦🇪 photos that I promised some of you. So now back to the UAE series... Here are the Etihad Towers, one of the highlights of Abu Dhabi. By the way, if you're in Dubai please don't skip Abu Dhabi! It's just a two hour ride from Dubai, it's more authentic and has some really beautiful things to see! ➡ So, what type of cities do you prefer while travelling? Modern and luxurious or small and authentic? Let me know below! ⬇⬇⬇

Ok, so in case you were wondering why I had been MIA here on #instagram for the last couple of weeks, here's the explanation. As you know if you have been following me (if you haven't then you should) I moved to the DR to start my digital nomad life and work on my own online business (yay!). I had some trouble adjusting at first - it's not easy, everything has changed - and I have been caught up in online courses, developing my business plan etc. So if you're a digital nomad, I could use some tips on how to get organised to really get stuff done! Leave me a tip below. Please? ⬇⬇⬇

❓Did you know there is more than one Christ the Redeemer? ❗Yep, the Dominican Republic has one too! You can access it by taking this teleferico in Puerto Plata and it will take you directly to the statue. The view from up there is amazing!

The highlight of my weekend in Cabarete? Saturday night's party 🎶🎉🍻. Drinking rum and dancing bachata on the beach, in the tropical rain. It definitely goes on the list of my most memorable parties! ➡ What was your most memorable party while travelling? Tell me all about it and let's get ready for the weekend!

This is my 4th day in the Dominican Republic and I am already in love with it. I found my paradise. 🇩🇴

Dubai surprised me in many ways and I must admit that, despite all the hype around it, its luxury and wealth, it has me disappointed. There are some beautiful places but my first impression was that this city doesn't have a soul. Or maybe, I didn't have enough time to find it. Have you ever felt this way about a place? What city had you disappointed?

✔ HOW TO GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE: 1. Make a solid plan. Having a plan will make you feel more secure about the future. 2. Have plan A, B and Z. You will never run out of options and you will feel that you are prepared for every possible scenario. 3. Let yourself be scared. Fear is good. It means you're leaving your comfort zone and getting past your own limits. 4. Know what you want and be motivated to get it. Be prepared for the difficulties and determined to fight through them. 5. It's hard. Be stronger than your insecurities. Remember that humans have always seeked settlement and safety. Your subconscious will always try to keep you safe. Thank your inner voice for trying to protect you and treat it as your best friend, but don't give in. We only have one life. Live it.

"Fear is a superpower. It makes you see everything in brighter colours and appreciate more every passing second. It means that you're alive." - a friend of mine gave me this stunning, new perspective on fear a few days ago. What's your opinion? Do you agree or disagree? 👇

VIETNAM STORIES 🇲🇦: When we went to the bus station in Ho Chi Minh to buy a bus to get to Can Tho, a little town from where you can take a boat to visit the Mekong Delta, the lady from the ticket window gave a puzzled look. If you go to #Vietnam , you will quickly realize that few people speak English. Solution? We asked a boy from a nearby travel agency to write down what we wanted in Vietnamese on a piece of paper which we then handed to the lady at the bus station. We got our tickets. Yay!
