A sweet date and Raspberry treat.
Did you know that berries are one of the foods you are better off buying biodynamic? Because of the ratio between peel and "flesh", berries often carry a higher amount of pesticides than other fruit and veg. I'm not always buying everything organic but berries I try to make sure to get the good stuff. Especially since I eat berries almost daily in the summer - I also stock my freezer with them in the rest of the year, because I simply looove them in desserts, smoothies and porridges. If you have wild berries close by - why not pick a big bunch of natural goodness and freeze what you don't use ♡

Esta salsa de tomate que aprendí en el curso de cocina italiana en @laquerciaestate hace unos meses es un básico imprescindible: tomates, un buen puñado de albahaca y una pizca de sal. Nada más señores. Primero cocemos los tomates a fuego lento con aceite de oliva y luego los mezclamos con la albahaca, pasamos por el pasapuré y luego por el chino. Chimpúm! #theartofslowliving
